In 2002, I moved to Asheville for the art scene and never looked back.
For over 20 years, I was a full-time artist. I spent 13 years as a member of Clayspace Co-Op in the River Arts District, was a member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild and Piedmont Craftsmen, organized multiple art shows, and participated in more craft fairs than I can count. Most of my days—and late nights—were spent covered in clay in my garage pottery studio.
Over the last few years, I have shifted my focus to real estate. While no longer making pots, my ties to our art community are something I simply can't leave behind.
My goal is to make it simple for anyone to find local gifts across different price points—creating an easy way to connect directly with the maker or small business and give something tailored to the person you have in mind. It started with the artists in mind, but has expanded to anything local!
It’s a way to promote our creative scene, support local entrepreneurs, and make gift-giving effortless—so handing over a gift feels exciting, personal, and genuinely special.

My parents purchased this home so they could spend more time with our family here in Asheville. They visit often and love to entertain, so the house is thoughtfully stocked with just about everything you might need—from plenty of wine glasses to a baby bath and everything in between.

The home itself has a special personality. My mom, Susan, has been a decorative painter for more than 30 years, and you’ll find her creative touches throughout, including hand-painted murals, stencils, and unique wood accents.
This is a single-level home with a spacious, open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas—ideal for entertaining or simply spending time together while dinner is being prepared.
There are steps leading to the front entrance and from the back deck. A recently added second set of deck steps provides more convenient access from the driveway with fewer steps.
